Nitrafit Games

With the perfect blend of our famous games, rapid relays, tasty tabata sessions and so much more, we have created the most exciting  fitness cocktail to date. 


This 1 hour fully functional training aims to bring the fun back to fitness.


But don’t be fooled.


These workouts will be challenging. As well as a full body workout, we will work on every component of fitness; from your strength and conditioning to your speed and agility as well as your reaction times.


Each Nitrafit Games class is open to all ability levels and will leave you with a huge endorphin release that will make you feel incredible. But be warned; it’s addictive!

Nitrafit Circuits

This is a 1 hour total body workout that combines building strength and burning calories in an efficient manner. Using a variety of functional kit and bodyweight exercises, Nitrafit circuits will target the main muscle groups in the body.

The exercises that you perform will be challenging yet exciting. Each activity takes place for a set period of time before we feel bad and give you a short rest!

Joking aside, these classes are optimal for any fitness level and are designed to improve strength, speed, power, balance and muscular endurance leaving you with results you will love!

Nitrafit Lifting

This class is designed to get you physically stronger and start building to your shape.

You can be an experienced or inexperienced lifter and still reap the rewards from this class.

We will teach you all the important principles and ensure that you not only get a great workout, but you get to know exactly how to perform each lift safely and effectively.

Nitrafit Workshops

Nitrafit workshops is our chance to sit down with our members and discuss important issues relating to health and fitness.
 

We hold forums to discuss arrange of topics; from nutrition and fitness to mental health and motivation struggles.

Nitrafit workshops enable our members to share their stories and gather knowledge to build their physical and mental fitness.

We believe that it’s incredibly important to get together and collectively talk about what’s working and what’s not. Nitrafit is a community built with our members at the heart.

These workshops require no exercise and are a great way to get things off your chest, get advice and meet new friends.

Nitrafit Goal Setting

It’s time to set meaningful goals that will keep you working towards something that is important and impactful to you.

Having goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. 

It focuses your acquisition of knowledge, and helps you to organise your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your life.

Our Nitrafit coaches are as transparent as you need them to be and they will even share some of their goals for the month ahead with you.

In doing this, you will gain more clarity about your goal and how to achieve it. 

Furthermore, by speaking your goal out loud through conversations with others, you will discover new tactics, helping to clarify and sharpen your goal.

Finally, you will also receive accountability.

Speaking it makes it real.

You will stay accountable to other members and will naturally encourage each other to achieve the goals set.
